We are urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manpower Coordinator to join our team.
The candidate must be well-versed in Manpower Supply & Equipment Rental Operations.

Key Requirements:
Position: Manpower Coordinator

Must have a valid Saudi Driving License

Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in Manpower Supply & Equipment Rental

Location: Jubail Al Dakhal AL Muhdud, King Abdul Aziz road, Eastern Region Saudi Arabia

Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily manpower supply and manage deployment schedules.

Handle equipment rental requests, allocation, and tracking.

Liaise with clients and ensure timely delivery of manpower and machinery.

Monitor labor performance and resolve on-site issues.

Prepare reports and update manpower/equipment status regularly.

Ensure compliance with local labor and transport regulations.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Proven experience in manpower and equipment rental coordination.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle field operations and workforce management.
Familiarity with local labor laws and safety regulations.

Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
