Position Title: Fire Fighting Technician – Facility Management Services

Employment Type: Full-time / Project-Based

Job Overview:
SAK Operations and Maintenance Company is seeking qualified Fire Fighting Technicians for a project-based engagement within our Facility Management Services division. The selected candidates will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of firefighting systems, including pump rooms and related components, in compliance with fire safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain firefighting pumps, jockey pumps, controllers, valves, and all related
systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on firefighting systems and pump
rooms.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are in full compliance with Civil Defense and NFPA standards.
• Identify and report any faults, wear, or damage in equipment and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate service records and assist with system performance testing and
documentation.

Candidate Requirements:
• Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Safety Systems (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with firefighting pump operations and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety compliance standards and system functionality.
• Ability to speak English or Arabic.
• Physically fit to handle technical maintenance activities.
• Transferable Iqama required for expatriate applicants.
• Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply in line with Saudization initiatives.
