Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Pest Control Technician to inspect premises, identify pest infestations, and carry out effective pest control treatments in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. The successful candidate will follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable health, environmental, and pest control regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Inspect buildings and premises to identify pest infestations and entry points.
Identify pests such as rodents, cockroaches, ants, termites, mosquitoes, and other common pests.
Apply approved pesticides and pest control treatments in accordance with safety instructions.
Install and maintain bait stations, traps, and other pest control equipment.
Conduct routine preventive pest control inspections and scheduled treatments.
Maintain accurate service reports, inspection records, and chemical usage logs.
Follow PPE requirements, chemical handling procedures, and environmental safety standards.
Advise customers on sanitation, pest prevention, and corrective actions.
Maintain pest control tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition.
Report pest-related risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of pest identification, pesticide application, and safe chemical handling.
Valid driving license, where required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Physically fit and willing to work at different sites.
Relevant pest control training or certification is an advantage.
Willingness to comply with local licensing and regulatory requirements.
