Job Description：
1、Operate and maintain road rollers, ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications;
2、Collaborate with engineering teams to complete ground compaction tasks at the port, conducting on-site safety inspections;
3、Document work progress and report equipment issues or operational challenges.


Job Requirements：
1、Valid TUV certification for road roller operation, with 5+ years of experience in port/large-scale construction environments;
2、Proficient in roller operation procedures and safety protocols, adaptable to high-intensity outdoor work;
3、Team-oriented with basic English communication skills (port operations context).
