We are Hiring On local transfer (Iqama Transfer) for the Mention below Position.

SCM Procurement Engineer / Officer.
-Qualification. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-Experience. Minimum 5 years in oil & gas industrial or related field.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Managing the end-to-end procurement process.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers for favorable terms.
- Collaborating with project managers and internal teams to understand material requirements and for the project success.
- Managing the procurement process from project initiation to completion.
- Ensuring timely delivery of materials and components for project milestones.
- Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance and addressing issues as needed.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong network with local and international vendors
- Experience with Shutdown and maintenance works
