1. Inventory Management: Oversee the entire inventory control
process, including precise record-keeping, systematic organization,
and diligent stock management.
2. Stock Level Optimization: Proactively monitor stock levels
diligently, forecast demand, and judiciously initiate procurement
measures to maintain optimal inventory levels.
3. Process Enhancement: Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the
efficiency and effectiveness to streamline operations and optimize
resource expenditure.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to make
informed decisions about inventory levels, procurement methods,
and resource allocation.
5. Supplier Relationship Management: Prioritize building strong
supplier relationships sustain business continuity. By establishing
partnerships with reliable suppliers, we can access crucial
resources and build a support network that adapts to our evolving
needs.
6. Quality Assurance Oversight: Assume ownership of quality
assurance protocols, performing inspection checks of all incoming
inventory to safeguard against defects and discrepancies, and

7. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders,
liaising to synchronize inventory operations with organizational
objectives.
8. Direct Sales Facilitation: Oversee stock issue to the PCL team and
direct sales, ensuring accurate inventory records and seamless
order fulfillment processes.

9. Health, Safety and Environment Compliance: Remain aware of applicable KAUST and PCL policies and procedures governing inventory management, diligently ensuring compliance. 10. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Support PCL’s continuous improvement initiatives, endeavoring to refine inventory management practices and achieve operational excellence. 11. Problem-Solving: Exhibit problem-solving acumen, promptly addressing and resolving inventory-related challenges, thereby preempting disruptions to business continuity.
The position holder will perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills, and abilities in the field of his / her position necessary for completing the team’s mission.

Competencies
 Proven track record of success in inventory management roles, characterized by commitment to precision and accuracy.
 Proficiency in inventory management software suites and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
 Ability to read and interpret engineering and manufacturing Bill of materials documents
 Licensed Forklift and Overhead Crane
 Physical fitness attributes: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks associated with inventory management.
 Exemplary communication skills, backed by the ability to forge robust relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
 A proactive and analytical mindset, underscored by dedication to process optimization and operational excellence. Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable discipline, preferred. Experience
 Proven experience in inventory management or related field
 Substantial experience in working in a regulated environment and/or under a quality management system.
