🚨 Job Opportunity: Boom Truck Operator (5t to 20t Capacity) 🚨
Location: Sites & Yard – Various Projects
Company: Rezayat Logistics (Sparrow Arabia)

We are looking for a qualified Boom Truck Operator to join our team, with the ability to operate boom trucks ranging from 5 to 20 tons. Experience in construction projects and within Aramco or Oil & Gas environments is preferred.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and drive various boom truck types up to 20t capacity
- Conduct daily machine inspections and report defects/maintenance needs
- Maintain documentation within truck cabin and ensure availability when requested
- Adhere to all site and company safety regulations
- Ensure safety of team during truck/boom operations
- Communicate effectively with riggers and lifting teams
- Support proper vehicle setup using spotters for safe movement

📋 Requirements:
- Minimum Experience: 2 years in a similar role
- Education: High School
- Certification: Valid Boom Truck TUV Certification
- Technical Skills:
- Operation manuals, load charts
- Safety procedures and hazard analysis
- Behavioral Qualities:
- Teamwork, punctuality, professionalism, loyalty
- Additional Skills: Large vehicle driving, decisiveness

🛠 Work Conditions:
- Worksites and yards with travel as needed
- Equipment: Hino or equivalent boom trucks
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 6 days/week + overtime as required
- Monthly Hours: Approx. 260+
