Hiring Now: QA/QC Engineer/Project Coordinator – Interior Fit Out Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
A leading Interior Fit Out company based in Riyadh is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer/Project Coordinator with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role within the interior fit-out industry in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and quality checks to monitor adherence to standards and resolve non-conformities.
Review and prepare quality documentation including ITPs, method statements, and reports.
Ensure material inspections are in line with project requirements and standards.
Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues efficiently.
Support and train project teams on quality management practices.
Lead quality reporting across fit-out and architectural works.
Monitor quality KPIs and suggest process improvements.
Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and best practices.
Ensure all work meets the highest standards while aligning with timelines and budgets.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of QA/QC Engineer/Project Coordinator experience in the Fit Out industry, preferably in Riyadh.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and QA/QC procedures.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality management tools/software.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Knowledge of Saudi fit-out codes and regulations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of ACONEX is mandatory.
