Description

Need qualified and well-trained person for a very reputable company in KSA.
Job responsibilities as is follows:

1: Ordering to supplier
2: Ordering data input in oracle
3: Monthly stock ordering processing & also on daily basis review of Running items stock
4: Follow up with supplier on Emails Regarding short lead time. Require parts number& require alternative numbers & Other daily coordination.
5: Follow up of VOR Orders
6: Giving price & availability to all branches for the parts.
7: Attending supplier Meating on weekly basis & making All Meating supplier advise Data.
8: On Weakley basis make payment of all supplier & sending it to HO accounts.
9: Sea shipment all coordination with Clearing agent (Rassan). Subliming documents & making saber
When advise by clearing agent.
10: On daily basis call follow up with customer for submitted quotation order & then updating data on supplier provided sheet.
11: Monthly basis Discontinued & long lead time Report submission to supplier.
12: Khobar & Jubail Customer Direct Coordination Regarding there issues.
13 : Consignment stock all work done as advise by Regarding supplier.
14: All Air Daily basis follows up with all forwarders such as(DHL, Airport. Aramex.
15: Warranty shipments Follow up handing over to Person advise by supplier
Updating to supplier keeping record. And later submitting our Debit note to supplier for clearance of shipments.
16: Overviewing all Demag work as supplier advise & provided guidelines.
Like submitting price as per supplier provided price structure. Critical order on Daily basis once confirms by customer. Quotation follows ups. Direct calls & emails replies to customers.
17: Local ordering & submitting quotation .
