A leading construction firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance and quality control within the civil construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct site inspections and audits to verify construction activities align with approved drawings and quality standards.
3. Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs, method statements, and ITPs.
4. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
5. Monitor material testing and approve materials based on technical specifications and project requirements.
6. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality-related issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven 7 years of experience in QA/QC roles in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and QA/QC processes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with ISO standards and safety regulations
