Job Title:
MEP Estimation & Tendering Engineer

Job Objective:
To prepare and develop precise, competitive technical and commercial proposals and tenders efficiently, maximizing the company’s project win rate while strictly maintaining the target profit margins.

Key Responsibilities:
Thoroughly review and analyze project drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents for MEP systems (HVAC, Firefighting, Electrical, and Plumbing).

Perform accurate quantity take-offs and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Source, request, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, conducting technical and commercial comparisons.

Prepare comprehensive technical and financial pricing models for targeted projects.

Formulate and issue final quotations and competitive tender packages.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience in estimating and tendering for MEP projects (HVAC, Firefighting, Electricity, Plumbing).

Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English (Spoken and Written is a must).

Strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
