We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Telecom Tower Steel Structure Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tower design and a deep understanding of international design standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design telecom towers including lattice, monopole, and guyed towers in accordance with ANSI/TIA-222G/H and Eurocode standards.
• Conduct load analysis and foundation design using industry-recognized software tools.
• Create and review 2D/3D structural models ensuring full compliance with safety, regulatory, and client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project engineers, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in telecom tower design.
• Proficient in STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, PLS-TOWER, AutoCAD, and ACMS.
• Strong command of wind load, seismic load, and antenna load calculations.
