Vehicle Scheduler (15)
Responsibilities:-

1. Transportation Planning
• Prepare daily/weekly vehicle dispatch schedules based on order requirements
• Optimize transportation routes and loading plans
• Coordinate timing between warehousing and transportation operations

2. Fleet Resource Management
• Monitor real-time vehicle availability (model, capacity, location, etc.)
• Allocate company-owned and outsourced vehicles efficiently
• Maintain and update vehicle information database

3. In-Transit Monitoring
• Track vehicle locations in real-time
• Monitor delivery timelines and route compliance
• Handle emergencies (traffic congestion, breakdowns, etc.)

4. Coordination & Communication
• Confirm transportation requirements and timelines with clients
• Coordinate between drivers, loaders, warehouse staff, etc.
• Manage exception communications during transportation

5. Data Recording & Analysis
• Maintain complete transportation logs and dispatch records
• Analyze vehicle utilization and transportation efficiency metrics
• Prepare dispatch analysis reports with improvement recommendations

6. Safety Management
• Supervise drivers' working hours and rest periods
• Verify vehicle safety conditions and document validity
• Participate in safety training and accident handling

7. Emergency Handling
• Develop contingency plans and conduct regular drills
• Respond promptly to transit emergencies
• Arrange backup vehicles and alternative solutions
