*Salary & Order Calculation:*
*Effective From April 1, 2025*

1. *Base Salary for Standard Performance:*
- *27 days / 310+ orders @ 98% performance**: 4500 Riyal* (for Car Courier).

2. *Earnings for Lower Order Counts:*
- *Less than 300 orders (98% performance)*:
- Earn *2500 Riyal* on-time bonus + *6 Riyal* for each completed order.
- *Less than 150 orders*:
- Earn *5 Riyals* per order.

3. *Incentives for High Performance:*
- *More than 350 orders**: Earn an additional 5 Riyal* for each order over 350.

4. *Bonuses:*
- *Weekly & Monthly Bonuses*: Up to *1000 Riyal*

5. *Customer Tips:*
- *100% of customer tips* are retained by the courier.

#### *Duty & Shift Rules:*
- *Duty Hours*:
- Must work *10 hours per day*

- *Minimum Workdays*:
- Must work at least *27 days* per month (no exceptions).

- *Shift & Zone Commitment*:
- Work only in assigned shift and designated zone; no zone changes allowed.
- Unscheduled riders must work **10 hours 10 minutes** with **4 peak hours**.

- *Rejecting Orders*:
- Rejecting or unassigning orders is strictly prohibited; accept and complete all orders.
- If an order is rejected or unassigned, the entire day will be marked as absent.
- A **150 SAR penalty** will be issued for canceling a large order.

#### **Availability Requirements:**
- **Online Time**:
- Mandatory **98% online availability**.

- **Week Off Restrictions**:
- No week-offs allowed on **Thursday, Friday,** or **Saturday**.

- **Force Stop/Location Jump**:
- Strictly prohibited.
