Job Opening: Cleaning supervisor (Riyadh)

We are looking for a Cleaning Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh with the following qualifications:

Requirements:
Transferable and Valid Iqama
Immediate Joining (within one week)
8 Years of Experience, with at least 5 years in the Gulf region
Must have experience in:
Metro stations
Airports
Hospitals
High-rise buildings
Industrial cleaning
Malls
Salary & Benefits:
Total Salary Package: SAR 6000 - 8000
Working Hours: 10 hours (including a 1-hour break)
Day Off: 1 day per week (Friday)
Preferred Nationalities:
Egyptian
Filipino
Indian
Sri Lankan
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize cleaning services processes and procedures.
Coordinate and manage the cleaning team, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of cleaning services.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor cleaning quality and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely service and product delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions for cleaning services.
Address client and stakeholder concerns promptly and pr
