Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in civil maintenance and construction, with a focus on SABIC, Aramco, and Royal Commission projects.
* Proven experience in sales, estimation, and planning for construction projects.
* In-depth knowledge of local KSA market practices, regulations, and standards.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).

Preferred Skills:
* Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PMI, or equivalent).
* Experience in managing large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
