Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate workers, materials, and equipment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage construction workers and subcontractors on-site.

Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality and safety standards.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.

Assign tasks to laborers and ensure proper use of equipment and materials.

Maintain a safe and organized worksite, enforcing health and safety regulations.

Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.

Monitor progress and report any issues or delays to management.


Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a foreman in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.

Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of Arabic and English is preferred.
