Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager specializing in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to lead and oversee industrial/construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will manage resources, ensure safety compliance, maintain quality standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage E&I projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide progress updates.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
8+ years of experience in E&I project management, in industrial, oil & gas.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
Familiarity with international standards (IEC, NEC, etc.) and safety regulations.

Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, or other project management tools.
Strong understanding of PLC/DCS systems and SCADA.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements.
Valid driving license.
Preference for candidates with ARAMCO Experience/ GCC experience in Oil & Gas Sector
