We are a reputable construction company seeking an experienced Site Procurement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities on site, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Procurement Officer to manage procurement activities on site. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement activities on site, including sourcing, purchasing, and expediting materials and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Manage and track procurement budgets and expenditures
- Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in a procurement role within the construction industry
- Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Professional certification in procurement (e.g. CIPS) an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in procurement software and systems
