Description

A leading pharmaceutical company is in need of applicants for Secretary/Sales Coordinator Position.
Qualifications:
 Graduate of a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, or
related field.
 Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
 Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
 Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) including Office Outlook
 Must have excellent organizational/interpersonal skills
 Can handle confidential matters and very keen into details
 Must be an excellent Team asset/player
 Must have experience in Administrative/Sales
 At least 5 – 7 years working experience in administrative & sales
 Male
 30 - 45 years of age
Responsibilities:
 Provides admin/sales assistance to the Team.
 Will be responsible in SFDA application.
 Will coordinate/update the Team with the daily transactions/activities of the Sales Dept
 Will respond to emails on a timely manner.
 Will provide a regular status update to the customers and CEO.
 Will coordinate on a timely manner with the concerned departments (i.e. Purchasing & Finance and cc to CEO).
 Will keep the records confidentially (hard copies and electronic).
 Will perform other assigned tasks as required.
