We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure optimal utilization of capital and resources. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and experience in strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company objectives.
✅ Develop and implement financial strategies in collaboration with senior management.
✅ Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
✅ Ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
✅ Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk assessment to maintain financial health.
✅ Analyze costs, pricing, and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred).
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
✔️ Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
✔️ Experience in financial analysis and market trend evaluation.
