We are seeking a creative and dynamic Female Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in building our brand and attracting customers.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Female Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for our new restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the local market, a passion for food and hospitality, and a proven track record of success in marketing, particularly in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

Brand Development & Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to build brand awareness and attract customers.
Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.
Digital Marketing:
Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to engage with customers and promote the restaurant.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertising, and content marketing.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Create and manage attractive digital content.
Traditional Marketing:
Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, such as events, promotions, and partnerships.
Develop and distribute marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and menus.
Build relationships with local media and influencers.
Customer Engagement:
Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
Manage customer feedback and online reviews.
Organize promotional events and special occasions.
Budget & Reporting:
Manage the marketing budget and track expenses.
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and results.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Creativity and a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of the local1 market in Umluj and Saudi Arabia. ?
