We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our successful launch and ongoing operations.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record of success in restaurant management, particularly with start-ups.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Opening & Startup:
Assist in developing and implementing pre-opening strategies and timelines.
Recruit, hire, and train all front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Establish and implement operational procedures and standards.
Manage vendor relationships and procurement of supplies.
Oversee the setup and organization of the restaurant space.
Day-to-Day Operations:
Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. ?
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Create and maintain staff schedules.
Manage payroll and other administrative tasks.
Manage and create budgets, and track expenses.
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a start-up environment.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and cost control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. ?
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. ?
Knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
Experience with budget creation and management.
Must be able to speak Arabic and English.
Must have valid Saudi Arabian residency.
