Gouna Company Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Bolting Sales Head (Expatriate) to lead our Bolting & Torquing business across Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry and established relationships with major clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1)Lead and expand the Bolting & Torquing business in the Saudi market.
2)Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.
3)Identify new business opportunities with major Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, and Industrial clients.
4)Maintain strong relationships with clients including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and leading contractors.
5)Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
6)Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
7)Manage key accounts and provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence.
Requirements
8)Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
9)Minimum 10 years of experience in Bolting & Torquing, Mechanical Services, or Industrial Sales.
10)Minimum 5 years of Saudi Arabia market experience.
11)Strong knowledge of hydraulic bolting and torque equipment.
12)Existing network with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
13)Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
14)Valid GCC driving license is preferred.
