Preferred Candidate:
✅ Engineering background (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
✅ Passionate about marketing & business development
✅ Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written)
✅ Proven track record in securing new construction projects
✅ Strong industry connections & market knowledge
✅ Excellent negotiation, sales, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
