We’re Hiring! – Production Shift Supervisor (Packaging)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Department: Production

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced, proactive Production Shift Supervisor (Packaging) to oversee shift operations, ensure production targets are met, and promote a culture of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise shift employees and ensure timely task completion
✅ Provide guidance, feedback, and motivation to team members
✅ Execute and report on daily production plans
✅ Enforce compliance with QHSE-FSMS guidelines and standards
✅ Report quality, safety, and environmental incidents
✅ Prepare reports on production, material consumption, and more
✅ Lead troubleshooting activities and support continuous improvement

Requirements:
📚 Education: Diploma (Associate) in Printing Packaging or Mechanical Engineering
📈 Experience: 4–5 years in a senior machine operator or production supervisor role within a reputed printing/packaging company
💻 Skills:

Strong knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office
Familiar with TQM, ISO standards, HACCP, and safety documentation
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage teams and drive productivity
Language Skills:

English: Intermediate (speaking & writing)
Arabic: Basic
