We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our growing Facility Management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling, client communication, team coordination, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule cleaning staff and assign jobs efficiently
2. Communicate with clients regarding bookings and service requirements
3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally
4. Maintain staff attendance records and ensure timely job completion
5. Coordinate with suppliers for cleaning materials and stock management
6. Ensure all cleaning jobs meet company quality standards
7. Assist with recruitment, training, and onboarding of cleaning staff

Requirements:
1. Previous experience in administration, coordination, or a related field
2. Strong organizational and communication skills
3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
4. Basic computer skills (MS Office, scheduling software, etc.)
5. Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus but not required
