Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Department: Production – Packaging

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Printing Machine Operator (Packaging) who can set up, operate, and maintain printing machines with precision and efficiency to meet production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Machine setup and make-ready as per job orders
✅ Understand customer and product requirements from job documentation
✅ Ensure smooth machine operations to meet targets without quality defects
✅ Perform defect identification, troubleshooting, and timely reporting
✅ Conduct regular machine maintenance
✅ Prepare production and process reports
✅ Collaborate with other machine operators and quality/safety teams
✅ Follow SOPs and QHSE-FSMS system requirements
✅ Maintain a defect-free machine and lead with passion

Qualifications:
📚 Education: Diploma (Associate) in Printing Packaging
📈 Experience: 2–3 years as an offset printing machine operator in a reputed printing press

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of process flow and quality control
Knowledge of QHSE risk assessment, HACCP, 5S, and safety regulations
Expertise in defect handling and reporting
Teamwork, leadership, and communication skills
Language Skills:

English: Intermediate (speaking & writing)
Arabic: Basic
