Description

MANPOWER SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Construction/Engineering Industry)

Ensures completion of daily tasks by calling, follow up and visiting clients
Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers/clients
Negotiates the terms of an agreement and closing sales – target sales by the Management
Focuses on generating leads, closing deals with businesses that seek manpower solutions and builds client relationships.
Conducts market research and understand industry trends and client needs
Prepares and delivers sales presentations, proposals and contracts.
Maintains accurate records of sales activities, leads and client communications using CRM tools
Negotiates and finalizes agreements while ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor laws
Works closely with the Human Resources/team to ensure efficient manpower mobilization.

Experience and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the manpower recruitment, staffing or outsourcing
Strong understanding of manpower sourcing, recruitment processes, and client acquisition
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
Fluent in both English and Arabic language
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
Market knowledge preferred in Manpower Supply Industry
