Description

We are Saudi based Construction Company in Riyadh looking for a full time Professional Surveyor with a proven track record in land surveying and project management specially construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land features, analysis project specification & Drawings and ensuring the accuracy of survey data with providing support for various construction projects in Riyadh City.

Key Core Responsibilities:
-Site survey and attends tender evaluation meetings.
- Review and interpret engineering plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local surveying standards and regulations.
-Measure the value of work done on-site & evaluation.
- Check & Review of contract agreements.
- Conduct boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking.
- Conduct land surveys using advanced surveying equipment and technology.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, maps, and reports of survey results.
- Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure project specifications are met.

Qualifications:
- Bsc. (Hons) / Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geometrics, or a related field.
- Professional Surveyor (PS) license is preferred & Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
- Proficient in using survey instruments and software (e.g. AutoCAD, Plan Swift) added advantage.
- Strong understanding of surveying methods, principles, and practices.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
