Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead production operations at our detergent manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee all production processes, ensure efficient workflow, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and direct daily production activities.
Manage and optimize manufacturing processes.
Ensure timely execution of production schedules.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Monitor and enforce quality control standards.
Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance departments.
Train, supervise, and evaluate production team performance.
Implement continuous improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Manager, preferably in detergent or FMCG manufacturing.
Strong leadership, organizational, and managerial skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and industry standards.
