Description

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring that all accommodation, health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained in compliance with company policies and procedures. The Camp Supervisor ensures efficient camp management, employee satisfaction, and adherence to emergency and medical plans.

Bachelor's Degree in related field.

Minimum 7 Years experience as a Camp Supervisor/Boss.

‒ Accommodation Management:
‒ Oversee room assignments, ensuring proper allocation based on employee designation and availability.
‒ Manage daily maintenance activities, including cleaning, inspections, and addressing maintenance requests.
‒ Handle room change requests and update records accordingly.
‒ Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
‒ Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and conduct regular safety audits.
‒ Coordinate with the HSE team to provide training and conduct emergency drills.
‒ Monitor and report any safety violations or incidents.
‒ Emergency Preparedness:
‒ Develop and display evacuation plans.
‒ Conduct regular fire drills and first-aid training.
‒ Activate emergency protocols during incidents and ensure proper evacuation.
‒ Employee Onboarding and Check-Out:
‒ Oversee the check-in process for new employees, including verification, orientation, and room assignment.
‒ Manage the check-out process, including room inspection, final clearance, and feedback collection.
‒ Camp Hygiene and Maintenance:
‒ Implement daily cleaning schedules and assign tasks to janitorial staff.
‒ Conduct regular hygiene inspections and address any issues promptly.
‒ Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of camp facilities.
