Description

Overall management of multiple camps, ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies. The Camp Superintendent oversees camp supervisors, ensures proper resource allocation, and maintains high standards of employee accommodation and safety.

Bachelor's Degree in related field.

Minimum 10 years experience.

‒ Strategic Camp Management:
Develop and implement camp management plans, including accommodation, emergency, and medical plans.
Ensure all camps under supervision adhere to company policies and procedures.
‒ Resource Allocation:
Oversee the allocation of resources, including bedding materials, maintenance supplies, and transportation.
Ensure proper inventory management and conduct regular audits of camp assets.
‒ Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
Ensure all camps comply with HSE standards and guidelines.
Coordinate with the HSE team to conduct regular audits, training, and drills.
Monitor and address any safety violations or incidents across camps.
‒ Emergency and Medical Preparedness:
Oversee the development and implementation of emergency plans across all camps.
Ensure medical support is available, including first-aid kits, health screenings, and emergency response protocols.
‒ Employee Accommodation and Welfare:
Ensure efficient accommodation management, including room assignments, maintenance, and hygiene.
Address employee concerns related to accommodation and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
‒ Team Leadership:
Supervise and support Camp Supervisors, providing guidance and feedback.
Conduct regular meetings with camp staff to review performance and address issues.
‒ Reporting and Documentation:
Review and approve reports submitted by Camp Supervisors, including incident reports, maintenance logs, and inventory audits.
Ensure all camp documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
‒ Coordination with Other Departments:
‒ Coordinate with HR, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth camp operations.
‒ Manage employee transfers between camps and ensure proper handover procedures.
