FOR IMMEDIATE HIRING: DAMMAM / Al KHOBAR / JUBAIL – SAUDI ARABIA - SALES ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

2. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed.
• Act as a trusted advisor by offering tailored fixing solutions to meet customer needs.
• Customer service skills with strong problem-solving abilities.

3. Product Knowledge and Expertise:
• Stay up to date with the latest fixing technologies, products, and industry trends.
• Provide clients with technical specifications and recommendations of products & services .
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

4. Market Research and Strategy:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to capitalize on them.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s brand and products.

5. Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market demand.

6. Qualifications and Experience:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction Industry / Building materials.
• Technical Support and communication skills, ability to understand and convey technical information effectively.
• An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset.
• Fluency in Arabic & English.
• Experience in the fixings industry is a plus.

7. Skills and Competencies:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Growth in client base and repeat business.
• Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
• Timely and accurate reporting of sales activities.
