( Scaffolding Manager)،
About us: We are Sajja Limited Company, headquartered in Dammam, specialized in scaffolding. We have a staff of more than 100 scaffolding technicians and we have a sales registration with Aramco. We need a scaffolding manager to take over this department, manage it and search for its projects.

We require a combination of qualifications and experience that combine technical knowledge, management, and safety. The following are the most important qualifications required:

1. Educational Qualifications

• A degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, or structural) is a plus, but not required.
• An advanced degree in scaffolding or construction site management may be beneficial.
• Work experience may compensate for the lack of a university degree in some cases.


2 . Professional Certifications and Training (Not Mandatory)

• CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) –
• OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) –
• NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) –
• Scaffold Supervision Certificate
• Risk Management and Analysis

3 . Practical Experience

• At least 5-10 years of experience in the scaffolding field, preferably as a scaffolding supervisor or inspector.
• Experience in installing, designing, and managing scaffolding in construction, oil and gas, or industrial projects.
• Experience in handling heavy equipment and various types of scaffolding (fixed, mobile, suspended, etc.).

• Manage teams and interact efficiently with workers and supervisors.
• Plan and organize to ensure timely completion of scaffolding projects.
• Knowledge of international scaffolding and safety standards.
• Communication skills to coordinate with other departments and contractors.
• Problem-solving and decision-making in challenging work environments.

Knowledge of software and technology .5

• Use AutoCAD or Revit to understand scaffolding designs.
• Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera for project management

• Familiarity with the laws and regulations pertaining to scaffolding in the country in which they operate.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards related to quality and safety.
