Description

We are looking for a skilled QC for valve

Review and ensure conformance to customer technical specifications, customer order requirements, code requirements and internal procedure and technical requirements

• Responsible to perform Incoming inspection and maintain records

• Review of material and test certificates from internal and external sources including NDE and special process documentation like Oxygen Cleaning, Machining record, Welding

• Carry out final inspection of assemblies prior to dispatch using relevant checklist

• Verify and prepare test reports for all completed jobs

• Review and maintain of Final inspection checklists

• Preparation on Paint and other the internal reports

• Interact with customer inspection personnel

• Focus on non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action processes

•Interface with workshop supervisors and service engineer on daily basis.

• Comply with Safety standards Policy

• Component inspection and evaluation including dimension, PMI, NDE as on required.

Flexible to work overtime/ extended hours during shutdown period
