💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Monitor network performance (routers, firewalls, VPNs, cloud services).
✔ Troubleshoot latency, connectivity, and security incidents.
✔ Detect & mitigate cyber threats (DDoS, phishing, malware).
✔ Respond to security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel, Elastic Security).
