Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Secretary/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling front desk duties, interacting with clients, and possess strong computer skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Work Place – AL – KHOBAR – K.S.A
Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management: Manage the main reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors.
• Client Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Computer Skills: Be well-versed in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other relevant tools.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and external contacts via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Requirements:
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Computer Literacy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization.
