We are currently seeking an experienced Instrument QC Inspector with Aramco approval to join our team for a long-term project at the Marjan site.

Job Description:

As an Instrument QC Inspector, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of instrumentation installations, inspections, and testing in compliance with Aramco standards and project specifications. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections of instrumentation equipment, installations, and systems to ensure compliance with Aramco standards, project specifications, and industry codes.
- Review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality control procedures.
- Perform inspections during fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases.
- Verify calibration and testing of instruments such as pressure gauges, transmitters, control valves, and flow meters.
- Ensure proper documentation of inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor and enforce safety and quality standards on-site.

Requirements:

- Aramco approval is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in instrumentation quality control, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of Aramco standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., SAEP, SAES, SAMSS).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting P&IDs, datasheets, and technical drawings.
- Certification in relevant inspection disciplines (e.g., CSWIP, API, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
