Description

Talented MEP QC inspecotr is required in Qiddiya Project on rental basis for period of six months fulfilling following requirements:

Conduct inspections of electrical, ICT, and mechanical installations to verify compliance.
Raise and inspect Work Inspection Requests and coordinate inspections with consultants.
Monitor installation quality for power, lighting, low-current/ICT systems, HVAC and firefighting works.
Witness and document testing and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.
Track punch list items, and non-conformances (NCRs) until satisfactory closure.
Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors to implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports.
