We are currently seeking an experienced Valve Test QC Inspector with Aramco approval to join our team for a long-term project in Jefurah.

Job Description:
As a Valve Test QC Inspector , you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of valve testing, inspections, and related activities in compliance with Aramco standards and project specifications. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections and testing of valves (e.g., gate, globe, check, ball, and butterfly valves) to ensure compliance with Aramco standards, project specifications, and industry codes.
- Review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality control procedures for valve testing.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional testing of valves, including hydrostatic and pneumatic testing.
- Ensure proper documentation of inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor and enforce safety and quality standards on-site.
- Verify compliance with international standards such as API, ASME, and ISO.

Requirements:
- Aramco approval is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in valve testing and quality control, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of Aramco standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., SAEP, SAES, SAMSS).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, datasheets, and valve specifications.
- Certification in relevant inspection disciplines (e.g., CSWIP, API 570/571, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
