Dear All

We are Reem Services for Manpower Solutions, and one of our big clients is looking for MEP Quantity Surveyors with experience MEP Quantity Surveyor.


Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough analysis of tender documents to ensure complete understanding of project requirements and deliverables.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates by evaluating quantities, labor, materials, and overheads to create competitive tenders.
- Engage in value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or performance.
- Develop tender submission documents, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to inform bidding strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits to gather relevant information and assess project feasibility.
- Utilize specialized software for cost estimation and tender management to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a detailed database of past projects, costs, and tender outcomes to inform future submissions.


Requirements:

Bachelor in Electrical/Mechanical or Quantity Surveyor with total 8 Years of experience
Middle East & Saudi Arabia experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, & Buildings
Strong safety background
Strong in all construction disciplines with the knowledge of “HOW TO’
Strong knowledge of cost management.
Strong construction coordination knowledge.
Driving license.


Employment Type: Full Time

Note: Valid iqama and immediate availability is required to work as a FREELANCE (Transfer of iqama is not available)
