Job Title: Planning Engineer/ Senior Planning

Job Description:

 Preparation of Schedule from Level 1-5, Manpower Histogram, Equipment Qty & List, Resource Loading, Critical Path, S-Curve, Narrative
 Preparing Reporting like Weekly Dashboard Data Input, Weekly & Monthly Report, Look-A-Ahead Schedule
 Preparing Cash flow
 Attend Technical Presentation during Tender/ Bidding Stage
 Monitor project progress and performance against established benchmarks, making necessary adjustments to schedules and plans as required
 Proficient in Interpretation of RFP/Bidding Documents, Project Contract Documents, Specification, Standards and Drawings

Qualifications:

 College Degree in Engineering (with PRC license)
 Primavera & other Planning Software and tools
 Experience in Landscaping(Hardscape,Softscap, Civil related, to MEP, stormwater & irrigation system) and Infrastructure
 Computer knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Autocad
 Preferably with KSA Drivers License (Valid or Expire)

Experience:

 3-10 Years Abroad (Preferred KSA/ any)
