Job Title: Procurement Engineer

Job Description:

 Preparation of Procurement Plan and Request for Quotation
 Vendor and Material Sourcing
 Preparing Material Take-Off (MTO)
 Ensure that the vendors are qualified
 Ensure that the supplied materials and services meet required specifications and quality standards
 Attend Technical Presentation during Tender/ Bidding Stage
 Proficient in Interpretation of RFP/Bidding Documents,Project Contract Documents, Specification, Standards and Drawings
 Initiative as Team Leader


Qualifications:

 College Degree in Engineering (with PRC license)
 Experience in Landscaping(Hardscape,Softscape, Civil related, to MEP, stormwater & irrigation system) and Infrastructure
 Computer knowledge in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Autocad
 Preferrably with KSA Drivers License (Valid or Expire)

Experience:

 3-10 Years Abroad (Preferred KSA/ any)
