Aramco Approved Pipe Spool Fabrication Facility in Jubail urgently requires the following permanent positions (IQAMA TRANSFER ONLY)

1. QC Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage the project QA/QC dept
• Update and implement the QC documents related to pipe spools and pipe support fabrication, such as NDT/Testing/Operational Procedures, PQP, ITP, WPS, PQR, etc.
• Arrange 3rd party inspection agencies as per the project’s requirements.
• Review and evaluation of sub-vendors / sub-contractors quality system.

Desired Candidate Profile

• University Degree/Diploma in Engineering
• ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 lead Auditor Certification
• 10 years’ experience in fabrication inspection of Pipe Spool and Pipe Supports.
• 5 years of supervision experience in QA/QC activities of Aramco Approved Fabrication Shop.
• Familiar with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP and Sch.Q requirements

2. QC Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities
• Supervise the project QA/QC
• Supervise a team of QC Inspectors of various disciplines like Piping, Welding, Coating, Material etc.
Desired Candidate Profile

• University Degree/Diploma in Engineering
• ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 lead Auditor Certification
• 10 years’ experience in fabrication inspection of Pipe Spool and Pipe Supports.
• 3 years of supervision experience in QA/QC activities of Aramco Approved Fabrication Shop.
• Familiar with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP and Sch.Q requirements

3. QC Inspector (Welding)

Roles and Responsibilities
• Maintain the QC documents related to welding of pipe spools and pipe supports.
• Co-ordinate with 3rd party inspection agencies as per the project’s requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile

• High School or Higher
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification
• AWS CWI / CSWIP 3.1 Certification
• ASNT Level II in VT, MT, PT, RT and UT
• CBT in Welding
• 3 years’ experience in Welding QC activities of Aramco Projects
• Familiar with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP and Sch.Q requirements
• Sound knowledge of applicable ANSI, ASME, API and AWS standards

4. QC Inspector (Piping)

Roles and Responsibilities
• Maintain the QC documents related to pipe spools and pipe supports.
Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification
• CBT
• 3 years’ experience in Piping QC activities of Aramco Projects
• Familiar with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP and Sch.Q requirements
• Sound knowledge of applicable ANSI, ASME, API, AWS, ASNT and ASTM standards

5. QC Inspector (Coating)

Roles and Responsibilities
• Maintain the QC documents related to coating activities of pipe spools & pipe supports.
• Co-ordinate with 3rd party inspection agencies as per the project’s requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile

• High School
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification
• AMPP CIP-2 / SSPC-PCI-2 / BGAS Grade-1 Certification as per SAEP-316
• 5 years’ experience in Coating Inspection activities after certification.
• Familiar with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP and Sch.Q requirements
• Knowledge of APCS, SSPC, NACE, ISO specifications

6. NDT Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities
• Maintain the QC documents related to NDT activities of pipe spools & pipe supports.
• Co-ordinate with 3rd party inspection agencies as per the project’s NDT requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile

• High School
• ASNT Level- 2 certification in VT, PT, MT, RT & UT
• CBT
• 3 years’ experience in NDT Coordination in of Aramco Projects
• Familiar with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP and Sch.Q requirements
