Required Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in logistics coordination.
• Mandatory experience working at a port environment.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures, clearance processes, and logistics documentation.
• effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
• familiarity with packing, shipping, and export/import documentation.
• Experience in receiving materials at the port, including cargo inspection and damage verification.
• Ability to coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams.

Roles & Responsibilities ：

• ensure smooth coordination or all inbound and outbound shipments
• Manage customs documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct cargo inspections, verify damages, and prepare detailed reports when necessary.
• Oversee preparation of packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin, and other logistics documents.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements from port to project site and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain continuous communication with freight forwarders, transport companies, and warehouse teams.
• Prepare daily and weekly logistics status reports for management review.
• Ensure all logistics operations adhere to company policies and project standards
