Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Oversee housekeeping and maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare periodic reports and present recommendations for operational improvements.
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Requirements:
