Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations, acquire new hotel and restaurant clients, and train staff for deployment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, securing housekeeping projects, and ensuring our staff is well-trained and interview-ready for seamless deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:

o Identify and acquire new hotel and restaurant clients for housekeeping services.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
o Work closely with management to strategize and expand the business.

• Training & Staff Deployment:

o Train, mentor, and prepare housekeeping staff for client interviews and job placements.
o Develop structured training programs on cleaning techniques, hygiene, and customer service.
o Ensure all staff meet industry standards and are deployment-ready.
o Oversee the deployment process, ensuring smooth transition into client properties.

• Operational Management:

o Implement and maintain high standards of housekeeping operations.
o Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with client expectations.
o Develop housekeeping protocols and best practices to enhance efficiency.

• Customer Service & Quality Assurance:

o Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
o Implement quality control measures to enhance client satisfaction.
o Continuously improve service delivery and staff performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in housekeeping management and sales.
• Strong background in business development within the hospitality industry.
• Experience in staff training and workforce deployment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and train a diverse team effectively.
• Knowledge of housekeeping best practices, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in inventory management and budgeting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Experience in hotel or facility management industry is an advantage.
• Ability to speak Arabic is a plus.
