Position Summary
Monitor & Control the system operations and coordinate maintenance related activities of Building systems for ALL KAUST facilities including CAMPUS and Community
Scope of Work • Attain to monitor and control IKAS, BMS Lab control and other systems on 24/7 / shift basis
• Anchors the technical activities and manages the affairs in the Electro-mechanical.
• Plans the operation, setup priorities and approve maintenance and projects works
• Conducts general inspections to insure quality and sites readiness as needed
• Analyses general performance of the section / area / system he covers, implement corrective actions, Improvement and produces reports to his superiors Such as Pass-down reports , incident reports and others
• Evaluates Electro- Mechanical equipment and system status and recommends modification and upgrading
• Ensures client complaints are resolved properly.
• Take action on raised Operational assigned tickets to evaluate and implement
• Seeks expert's advice and refer to Maintenance or Enhancement engineer as needed for the required technical support.
• Attends promptly to emergencies, major faults and interruptions
• Knowledge & ability to Lead commissioning of new Electrical - Mechanical equipment and follow-ups.
• Direct supervision of all electrical equipment maintenance and operation in Campus and Community facilities (Motor Control Centers “MCC”, Pumps, Variable Frequency Drives, Fans, Instrumentations, electrical generators).
• Oversee the troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
• Oversee and supervise the maintenance service provider in the preventive maintenance and change management of the systems.
Managing the operations of the systems to assure all technical parameters of the respective building system are met.
• Ability to conduct periodic system reviews of set points, alarms and other system parameters to enhance
• Ability to conduct basic performance analysis of the different electro-mechanical system components

Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferably Electrical, Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering. Or Bachelor of Science in Information Systems
