We are looking for a skilled Merchandiser to join our team and ensure our products are well-displayed and available in retail stores. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG, supermarkets, or general trade and a strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure proper display and visibility of products in retail stores
✅ Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves as needed
✅ Maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff
✅ Track sales performance and report on market trends
✅ Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards
✅ Conduct competitor analysis and provide recommendations

Requirements:
✔️ Previous experience in merchandising, FMCG, or sales preferred
✔️ Strong negotiation and communication skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
✔️ Knowledge of retail and supermarket operations is a plus
✔️ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if required)
